Meme Remix ("we", "us") runs memeremix.ai, which turns photos into short meme videos from templates. Privacy questions and data requests go to support@memeremix.ai.
2. Information we collect
You can browse without an account; making a video requires signing in.
We collect: the photos you upload, the template and settings you choose, the videos you generate, technical request data, analytics, emails you send us, your email address or Google account details if you sign in with Google, and purchase details. Card numbers are handled by Waffo Pancake and are not stored by us.
3. How we use information
To generate videos, store your results, keep the service secure, review reports of prohibited content and videos submitted to the gallery, reply to your emails, keep you signed in, and fulfil purchases.
4. Photos and AI processing
We do not use your photos to train AI models, build face recognition, verify identity, or sell profiles.
To make your video, your photo is sent through OpenRouter to the AI models we use: Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite (Google) checks the photo first and blocks photos of minors or nudity; Seedream 5.0 Flash (ByteDance) composes the template scene's first frame from it; Wan 3.0 (Alibaba) generates the video. The providers' own safety filters also apply. Generated videos are synthetic.
Only upload photos of yourself, of an adult who has given you permission, or of your own pet. Photos of other people uploaded without their consent, of public figures, or of anyone under 18 are not allowed and are removed when found or reported.
5. Storage and retention
Uploaded photos, the first frames composed from them, and generated videos are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically. Result pages open only for you while you are signed in. Videos you share to the gallery stay there until you take them down or we remove them. We keep records of moderation decisions and reports, without the photos themselves, to enforce our Terms.
You can ask us to delete your data by email.
8. Your choices and rights
You can browse without an account, sign out, and ask us by email to delete your account and data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, or to object to certain processing.
9. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Photos showing anyone under 18 are blocked when detected; photos uploaded by or of a child can be reported to us for deletion.
10. International processing
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including unlisted result links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
