Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final, except where the consumer law where you live gives you a right to a refund. If a video fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Who handles the payment?
Checkout is run by our payment partner as the merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars, and any tax is shown before you pay.
Do credits expire?
Credits from one-time packs never expire. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing month. Monthly credits are used first, then pack credits, then your free signup credits.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
From your account, anytime. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
