# AI Muscle

The AI muscle filter takes an ordinary photo and, in one shot, bulks up your shoulders, chest and arms until your T-shirt pulls tight, then you finish on a double-biceps flex, just for laughs. Upload one waist-up or full-body photo, press Remix it, and Meme Remix makes a 9:16 video with sound. There is a pet version too.

## Where this meme comes from

AI muscle videos take an ordinary photo and, in a few seconds and a single shot, build up the person’s shoulders, chest and arms until the shirt strains at the seams, ending on a flex. They are made as a joke.

In early 2024, an AI filter on TikTok that showed people an extremely fit, muscular version of themselves drew both laughs and criticism for promoting unrealistic body standards.

## How to make it

1. Upload one photo
Facing the camera, waist-up or full body, both arms in view, in a T-shirt.
2. Remix it
Press Remix it and we make the video for you. It can take a few minutes.
3. Download and post
You get a vertical 9:16 MP4 with sound, ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

## AI Muscle FAQ

What photo works best?

Facing the camera, waist-up or full body, both arms in view, in a T-shirt.

Is there a pet version?

Yes. The Pet style bulks up your pet’s chest, shoulders and front legs under its own fur, then it raises one front leg in a proud flex.

Is it free?

New accounts get free credits to try it. Videos are priced per second, and each template shows its price before you make one. Videos made before your account buys credits carry a watermark; once you have bought credits, your videos come without it.

Can I use a photo of someone else?

Only with their permission. Use photos of yourself, your pet, or people who agreed to it — making videos of real people without their consent is against our Terms.

Who can see my video?

Your videos are not listed anywhere public unless you choose to share one to the gallery. Result links are unlisted: only people you send the link to can open it.
